An astonishing experience. Not made to rush through any area, which made it relaxed and have the opportunity to soak every thing in. The 3D glasses a lovely precursor to the VR where I could have happily stayed forever. if you wear glasses the headsets sit comfortably so nothing to worry about if you were concerned. Most definitely a big fat WOW.
The Dali exhibition was brilliant. It was interesting to read about him, then to sit in deckchairs while his surreal art whirled around us. But for me, the most amazing part was the immersive virtuality. I was wowing and jumping and screaming and was so impressed. Totally appropriate surrealism for Salvatore Dali, I think he would have wholeheartedly approved!
An amazing experience. I learned a lot about Dali and how he drew inspiration from meta physics, computer science, mathematics, and meta-physics. The VR was incredible. This was absolutely worth the money and would highly recommend it.
Incredible!!!!! Much better than some of the other interactives I have seen recently. Music and visual composition outstanding. Information walls interesting. The VR (included) was truly mind blowing.

The Boiler House - It is a stunning brick former warehouse dating back to the 1830s.

Widely recognised as one of the most unique venues in London, the Boiler House has played host to everything from parties, dinners, exhibitions, pop-up markets and product launches through to conferences and intimate trade shows. The Boiler House also benefits from a large courtyard and walled garden primed for summer evenings and outdoor break-outs alike.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Please note that the venue is an old brewery which is not fully heated, it is recommended to attend the exhibition in warm clothes.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 90 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Dalí: The Immersive Experience in London can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person.

Standard Access (VR experience is included):
- Adult
- Child (4-12 y.o.)
- Family Pass: Max.2 adults + Min.2 children
- Senior (65+ y.o.), Student (13 to 26 y.o.) or NHS

Free entry for children under 4 years old.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, pleae fill the groups form.

Do carers have to buy a ticket?

Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

Yes, there's an onsite box office, but we recommend you to buy your tickets through our website because there’s a limited capacity in the exhibition.

Do children need to pay for a ticket?

Children ages 4 and under enter free of charge and don’t need a ticket.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Is there heating or air conditioning?

The venue is an old brewery which is not fully heated, so it is recommended that you attend the exhibition in warm clothes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?

There are parts of the exhibition where you will be able to sit, but there are others where you will be standing. If you have any special conditions, please ask the hosts so they can help you.

Can I bring animals?

No, only service animals are allowed.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

We highly recommend using public transport to get to the exhibition.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Unfortunately, the exhibition has a very strong visual component, so we don’t recommend it for those who are visually impaired.

Can children do VR alone?

The hosts will consider case by case, but if the headset fits the child’s head size, there shouldn’t be any problem in doing the experience alone.

Is there a minimum weight?

There’s no minimum weight for any part of the exhibition.

Can I wear glasses?

Glasses are suitable for the VR headset.

Is there an audio guide?

There’s no audio guide available.

Are prams allowed?

Yes, prams are allowed, but please, keep in mind that the exhibition takes place over two floors and there are stairs.

What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

The Dalí exhibition venue is not fully wheelchair accessible. Half of the experience is located upstairs and only accessible by stairs. If you have any further questions please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
