Standard Access (VR experience is included):

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, pleae fill the groups form.

Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.

Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Evidence of being severely sight impaired.

CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.

A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Yes, there's an onsite box office, but we recommend you to buy your tickets through our website because there’s a limited capacity in the exhibition.

The Dalí exhibition venue is not fully wheelchair accessible. Half of the experience is located upstairs and only accessible by stairs. If you have any further questions please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.
